Notes: Test item, standard and result for resistance reducing agent in ground

Features

① As it has low resistivity, high water absorption and water holding performance, it is good and stable in resistance reduction

② As it is good in corrosion resistance and stability, it is well in protection of grounding network, so it can be working effectively for a long time

⑥ After agent is applied around the grounding units, it is equal to increase the effective cross section of grounding units for resistance reduction, so it functions well in the aspect of pressure reduction and reduce the step voltage and contact voltage from equipment.

working principle

Method to use and usage calculation:

Firstly as per requirement, using grounding resistance value RC and known original soil resistivity to calculate the numbers of vertical grounding units or horizontal grounding unit length, then according to drawing#1 and drawing#2 to calculate volume of filling parts of resistance reduction, then multiply 1.3 ton/M3, to get the sizing agent weight required for resistance reducing agent; then multiply 60%, that is the usage of drying power for resistance reducing agent.

Note:

1. horizontal laying ground unit is used with grounding unit ohmmeter when 50X 5 mm flat steel deeply rooted in 800 mm,

2. “+”means that resistance reducing agent package is used with brand of huadian when laying horizontal grounding unit and 25 kg of resistance reducing agent are used per meter

3. cross section size in resistance reducing agent package: 200X200；“-” means common horizontal grounding resistance is used without addition of resistance reducing agent.
